CA Tech? What's your thoughts? Here is our experience!

After an unfortunate accident at UTVTakeover (NorthBend) 2024 I was in the market for some trailing arms for my Can Am X3.

We decided on a direction and I started reaching out to the companies that we were hoping to do with business with.  Now keep in mind Takeover (Winchester Bay) is around the corner I was working with a very short..ish time frame so no hate to any of these other companies...

Each call I made I grew more disheartened as I found out that most of the suspension manufacturers don't just have wearhouses full of product waiting for you and I to call and get parts any time we want/or need to...  After exhausting my efforts with phone calls and generic web searching, I made a post on our social media page hoping someone might have a stock one I could just throw on and get me through the rest of event season (even though that's not what we wanted to do).

This is where this wonderful SxS community showed up and within minutes (huge shout out to Rob Christensen for the connection) not only did I have a direction to turn to I had a message from Eric Ballard the founder and CEO of CA Tech in my inbox after hours even!  After a couple of back and forth messages Eric asks if we can hop on a call.  We get on this call and it felt like I was talking to a friend I hadn't seen in years and I had a set of trailing arms ordered and paid for in about 20 minutes, then he went in at 5am the next morning so he make sure he could get them powder coated and shipped AND sent to me same day.  This is normally when most shops just let the shipping company take it from there.  Not Eric.

Eric followed up personally and let me know when they would be to me from Tennessee to Oregon, and called my after they arrived to make sure the install went ok and if I had any questions or concerns with anything.  This was way above and beyond and CA Tech really came through for us!  It's also worth mentioning that we are not a dealer for CA Tech, nor are we sponsored by them in any way.... unless you're wanting to Eric... LOL. Such a great company doing the right thing by their customers and can't wait to come back with the addition of how the install went and how they perform on the car!  Check back soon!!

UPDATE:  We got the car back together and were at UTVTakeover Winchester Bay, and everything worked flawlessly.  We were sending it off of many jumps, pulling some great wheelies, and just all around smashing the dune trails.  Next up Sand Hollow, UT for Takeover in October!  We will definitely put these new parts through their paces!  As of now though we highly recommend CA Tech and their entire parts line up!
